  2. By using this website and ordering goods from it, you agree to these terms and conditions (the"Conditions") and you accept that the Conditions and your use of the website shall be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in these Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
  3. Please keep your account and password details safe and do not disclose them to anyone else. If you suspect that someone else has them, please tell us straightaway as we cannot be responsible for anything that happens if they are lost and you do not tell us.
  4. Please ensure that any information you provide to us is accurate and current.
  5. Remember to check the Conditions when you use the website as we may change the Conditions from time and time and you will be subject to the Conditions in force at the time that you use the website. We may change the prices and availability of goods without notice to ensure they are as up to date as possible.
  6. We try to make sure all the information on the website is accurate, but if we have made a mistake and you spot it, please let us know. Please regularly update your computer’s virus protection software as we can't guarantee that the website will be free from viruses.
  7. We may suspend or terminate access to the website without notice.
  8. Dyson reserves the right to end promotions before the advertised closing date.

Buying from the Website

  1. This website is owned and operated by Dyson Limited of Tetbury Hill, Malmesbury, Wiltshire, SN16 0RP (company number 2627406). Purchases from this website are purchases from us.
  2. Even though we try to accept all orders, sometimes this might not be possible. If your order is declined or cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card.
  3. Payment for the goods which you order must be made by one of the following credit or debit cards: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or American Express. We won't dispatch your order until we receive full cleared payment.
  4. We can only accept orders from and dispatch goods to addresses within the UK Mainland.
  5. Delivery dates of the goods are intended to be an estimate only. We will try to deliver the goods within 5 days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock. If you order more than one product, your order may be dispatched separately and may be delivered to you at different times.
  6. The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery. However, ownership of the goods will only pass to you on delivery provided we have received full payment.
  7. Please note due to size restrictions we are unable to deliver vacuum cleaners to BFPO addresses
  8. If any item is priced wrongly by mistake, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided we notify you before we despatch the item to you. If that happens, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price.


  1. You may cancel your order at any time up to 35 days after receiving the goods by notifying us in writing either by:
    1. post to the address marked above, marked for the attention of the Customer Liaison Department; or
    2. fax to 01666 827298 marked for the attention of the Customer Liaison Department; or
    3. email to askdyson@dyson.co.uk
  2. You must return the goods with the original packaging to us at your expense within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting for your own records. Note that if you fail to package the goods adequately to avoid damage in transit or fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, on receipt of the goods in undamaged condition we will refund the full purchase price to you to the card or via PayPal method you originally used for the purchase.   3. If goods need to be returned because of a defect then please contact Dyson for further information on 0800 298 0298. Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of any delivery charges paid by you.
  4. If you have requested that we recycle your old vacuum cleaner, we are unable to return your machine once it has been collected for recycling.
  5. If you purchased an item from a Field Service Engineer, please read your "Right to Cancel Notice" given to you by the Field Service Engineer. This contains everything you need to know about how to cancel an order and information on how to return your item for refund.


  1. We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your order. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us not complying with these Conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us not complying with these Conditions. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
  2. We will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill) howsoever arising in connection with your use of the website and any goods purchased.
  3. We do not limit in any way our liability for:
    1. death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
    2. under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
    3. for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
    4. for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
  4. If you do not comply with these Conditions, we will hold you responsible if we suffer any loss as a result.

  1. The trade marks and logos displayed on this site belong to us (except for the British Allergy Foundation and Good Housekeeping Institute logos). You are not authorised to use any trade mark or logo displayed on this site without our written permission.
